Traditional, recessed-style, maple doors are brought into the 21st century with squared edges, inset panels of quartered, figured Anigre' and a crisp, beveled moulding where panel and frame meet. A delicate "wash coat" of color is required on the maple to prevent blotching while the Anigre' is respected for it's natural beauty and finished without additional stain. The result is a room of rich material that virtually glows under beautiful lighting.
